In 1999, the Software Services Department of WorldLink Communications was spun off to form WorldLink Technologies. Today, WorldLink Technologies is one of the largest software companies in Nepal whose core business is the provision outsourced software development services with a particular focus of providing human resource management solutions for governments and enterprises.The company is credited with implementing one of the most successful e-governance projects in Nepal.

	WorldLink Technologies is a leading software solutions provider for HR and Pension Management Systems in South Asia with a special focus on Human Resources Management solutions, working in this domain with governments in India and Nepal since 2002.
	We have served as solution providers for human resource and payroll solutions to the Government of Orissa in India in 2005 and the Government of Nepal since 2001.
	We have developed and provided pension management solutions to the Government of Nepal since 2004 and since then developed and implemented an updated solution in 2007. We currently maintain these systems.
	We have worked with Invest India Economic Foundation, the India’s leading agency in pension policy, research and policy consulting, since 2006 to translate the functional requirements for a transaction and administration platform for micro-pension activities into the only application that is currently successfully operating in India.
	We have provided innovative solutions for large telecom operators and financial institutions for scalable, high performance systems in telecom, mobile, and SMS applications in the areas of account maintenance, billing and mobility banking.
	Our team members have extensive experience working on pension, HR and large scale, data and transaction intensive applications in India & Nepal.
	In addition to WorldLink Technologies’ own resources, we have included resources from our sister concerns, WorldLink IT Services and WorldLink Communications, to augment the team’s capacity for maintenance as well as development activities in India.
