Workforce Management Module (WMS)
 

WMS integrates the HR strategy with the corporate and business level strategies of the organization. It helps organizations to align the HR strategy in terms of maintaining low staff turnover, ensuring resources availability for critical tasks and controlling overstaffing.

Staff Planning
It provides a platform for the top level management to analyze the current workforce status and plan accordingly for future human resource needs as per the organizational vision, mission, long term and short term objectives.

Strength Analysis
It provides the quantitative analytical tool to analyze sanctioned strength (required no of employees), occupied strength (available no of employees) and vacancies (vacant no of employees) in each position and designation for a particular organization unit. Historical trend of sanctioned strength, occupied strength and vacancies can also be seen through Executive Dashboard.

Downsizing and Upsizing
It helps the top level policy makers to place strategy of downsizing and upsizing workforce strength as per the strategic need of organization.
